Terms of Service to Candidates
The terms of service and personal information handling for utilizing the recruitment services provided by Pr!Me Agent, Inc. Users must be agreed upon before using the service.

- Recruitment Services
(a) Job Search and Placement Support Services:
- Support from registration to employment.
- Information matching, counseling, job information provision, and negotiation with potential
employers.
(b) Email News Distribution Service:
- Distribution of useful job-related information via email.
2. Definition of User
(a) Individuals who use the service, agree to the terms of service and the personal information
protection policy.
(b) Insufficient information provision may result in the inability to provide services.
3. Service Application and Review
(a) The company reserves the right to reject applications deemed inappropriate.
(b) The company is not liable for any losses resulting from the rejection of applications.
4. Handling of Personal Information
Personal information is collected, used, provided, and managed appropriately based on the
" Personal Information Protection Policy."
5. Job Confirmation
User preferences and application details are compared with job conditions, but criteria and
reasons will not be disclosed.
6. Prohibited Actions
Providing false information, defamation, invasion of privacy, intellectual property infringement,
and other prohibited actions.
7. Service Suspension and Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated immediately if there is a violation of the terms or a
breakdown of trust. The company is not liable for any resulting damages.
8. Service Changes and Interruptions
Services may be temporarily interrupted or changed without user consent in cases of
emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances.
9. Responsibility and Disclaimer
(a) Service use is at the user's own risk, and the company does not guarantee employment or
career success.
(b) Users are responsible for confirming job details and conditions with employers directly.
(c) The company only compensates for direct and ordinary damages.
10. Compensation for Damages
Users are liable for compensating damages caused to the company or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
The company reserves the right to change the terms without user consent.
12. Matters Not Specified in the Terms
Matters not specified in the terms will be resolved through mutual consultation between the
company and the user.
13. Handling of Personal Information
Personal information for identifying individuals is collected and managed appropriately.
14. Collection Purpose
(a) To provide job search and career support services.
(b) To request surveys for service improvement.
15. Use and Provision
Used for collection purposes and not disclosed or provided to third parties without user consent.
16. Management and Outsourcing
(a) Security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
(b) Outsourcing to external companies with confirmed security standards.
17. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion of Information
Requests for confirmation, correction, and deletion of personal information will be responded to.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the
courts of California.
